The hotel was brand new and the room was a good size, nicely furnished, and had heating and a balcony. The staff was always helpful and the location was particularly good for traveling around Nis, near a cruise ship, and the main historical attractions.

The room we had included a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini-fridge-bar.

The rooms have ample table space and enough electrical outlets to charge your devices. The bathrooms are spacious with mini-shampoos and soaps provided. Breakfast is decent, offering a variety of food options, including hot food, ham, and cheese.

The hotel has no elevator, so those with mobility issues should check room location beforehand.

The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was great. The location was also very convenient for my trip as it was close to my business meeting and some good restaurants. I also liked having access to the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view.

It seemed like there was no sound insulation between the rooms or the hallway, which made it really hard to focus on my work. At times, I could hear Serbian music playing from the TV which was right outside my door, and the noise from the street was also quite loud.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk away from the city center. I also liked the complimentary Christmas treats that were left in our room. there were some nice local shops and cafes nearby that we enjoyed visiting.
